The Main House
A Grand, Light-Filled Great Room, Perched atop the home, stretches the full length of the house, with walls of glass, vaulted ceilings, and light-filled spaces that flow seamlessly to the pool-facing deck.

Enjoy multiple living and dining areas, a cozy fireplace, media area, and easy access to outdoor entertaining and al fresco dining.

At one end, a Chef’s Kitchen takes center stage with a La Cornue French range and top-tier appliances, a dream for anyone who loves to cook or entertain. A separate grilling deck makes outdoor cooking a breeze, while at the opposite end, a large screened porch with a propane fireplace extends the living space and provides the perfect spot for evening relaxation.

An elevator conveniently connects the home’s first and second levels.

The Bedrooms & Entertainment

Designed for multi-generational gatherings or extended families and friends, the first floor features three luxurious Primary Suites, each with an en suite bath & TV.

Suites #2 and #3, each with a King Bed, TV, and en-suite luxury baths, are located in their own wing of the house, offering exceptional privacy, and each with its own Living Room and TV, both opening to the ground-level deck and the outdoor entertainment areas.

Two dedicated rooms off the main level game room provide one, a private office space with glass walls, and the 2nd room, also with glass walls, provides a trundle and a desk area, and this room can be used for overflow sleep space. A shared bath completes this level.

Each wing of the home features a staircase leading to the lower-level bedroom suites (#4 and #5), ideal accommodations for children or teens. Each suite includes twin-over-double bunk beds with an additional trundle bed, a private bath, and direct access to the expansive entertainment room. This impressive space offers a large-screen TV with ample seating, a ping pong table, game tables, exercise equipment, and a cozy play area stocked with toys for toddlers.

The Guest House

The Guest House mirrors the same sleek design and attention to detail as the Main Home, offering stylish, private spaces for additional guests. The privately situated guest house features a spacious deck with comfortable seating and a grill area, a stylish and comfortable open living and kitchen concept, and a spacious primary bedroom en-suite with a King bed. The guest house does have a 2nd bath and its own laundry area.
