Outstanding Katama home set on two private acres and featuring summer living at its best.  Families will enjoy the beautifully furnished, large screened porch opening onto the deck overlooking the pool and large landscaped yard.  South Beach is just 1.2 Miles from this vacation home and bike enthusiasts will enjoy the convenience of bike paths just a few hundred yards from the house.  The pool area features a flagstone patio area and a pool house bar with a TV.

The first-level living spaces include an open floor plan featuring a living room, TV room, dining room, and kitchen with a separate dining area all opening onto the screened porch.  There are five bedrooms on the 2nd level. The Primary Bedroom is en suite with a King bed. 2 additional bedrooms share a bath and a loft area is located between all rooms.  A stairway from the loft area takes you to a third-level family room with 4 single pull-out beds. and a private bath.  Two additional bedrooms sharing a bath are accessed on the opposite side of the house just off the kitchen
