Stunning Luxury Home, Sought after Field Club Location, 18 x 32" Heated Gunite Pool, Main and Guest Carriage House

Luxurious Custom Crafted Home in the heart of the Katama area of Edgartown. This beautiful home offers discerning vacationers multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, which include an 18 x 32’ heated gunite pool, a large bluestone patio area, a propane fire pit with seating to one side, an outdoor living portico where families can gather in comfort,  patio dining, and grill area and chaise lounge chairs at the pool. The interior hosts multiple living spaces that all open to the outdoor patio areas via French doors.

When you wish to venture out from your retreat, South Beach is just about a mile from the house and bike paths are just across from the entrance to the Field Cub and run to the beach and to the Village area which is about 1.8 miles from the house.

A lovely family room with a large screen TV opens via French doors to the outdoor living portico.  In addition, there is a study/formal living area that again opens to the outdoor living spaces.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite counters, commercial appliances, a wine cooler, butler’s pantry, and a large center island with breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is open to a sunroom with a sitting area and TV that in turn opens to the Pool & Patio. 

The spacious formal dining area opens into the main family room and has French doors leading to the outdoor entertainment areas.

4 of five lovely bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of the main house. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath with dual vanities, and a glass walk-in shower and opens to a furnished private deck. Primary Bedroom #2  has a Queen bed, en suite bath, and opens to a private deck.  Two additional guest bedrooms each have a Queen bed and these two rooms share a 2nd level bath.

Across the outdoor entertainment area, you enter the carriage house guest suite which includes a delightful first-level living area with a TV and powder room, and the 2nd level hosts bedroom #5 with a King bed and en suite bath. 

Dogs permitted with approval, additional $50 per night and additional $2500 refundable security deposit

Note:  The Field Club Amenities do not come with this home. It is a private club.
