Extended families will enjoy this modern, contemporary, open living style home set just on the outskirts of Edgartown center, just 1.8 miles into town and a short distance to State and South Beaches. 

First level hosts a modern concept design, with an open Kitchen, Living, and Dining Area!  The main living area is comfortably furnished with sofa seating and centered around the large screen TV.  An additional media area with large screen TV is located on the 2nd level. Lots of room for guests to relax! The spacious kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz counters, and a center cook island with a breakfast bar, seating for 2. The adjacent dining area seats 6 and opens via glass sliders to the deck, grill area, outside enclosed shower, and large lawn area.
