Spacious Tri Level, Contemporary Home, Located just 1.5 Miles to Edgartown Village Center

This delightful tri-level post and beam home is set in a neighborhood just on the outskirts of the Village area. 1.5 miles to town center, 10-minute drive to State and or South Beach. Bike paths located just across from the entrance of the neighborhood lead to both the village center and in the opposite direction to miles of bike touring trails. Famous Morning Glory Farm is just a half-mile from the house and offers all manners of freshly grown vegetables, fresh-baked breads, cookies, and pastries, or pick up a summer bouquet of flowers for your visit, grown on the farm. 

The main living level hosts a spacious living room with a soaring cathedral ceiling, kitchen and dining area, Primary Bedroom, and bath. The main living room with post and beam design and loft above features multiple seating areas, a media area, and glass sliding doors that open to the private deck with an outdoor dining and grilling area.  The cook's kitchen is well supplied for meal prep, has stone counters, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats two adjacent to the dining area. The dining area seats 6.  At the end of the first level hall is the Primary Bedroom with King Bed, AC, TV, and bath with shower. 

Additional living spaces can be found in the lower level TV room with AC or in the cozy beautifully crafted loft above the living room which is the perfect place to read a book or get a little work done if need be. 

The 2nd level of the home hosts the loft area plus two guest bedrooms sharing a hall bath. Bedroom 2 has a King Bed and AC and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, with no AC. 

At the back of the house, there is an enclosed outside shower area.
