Outstanding Edgartown Vacation Home, Spacious Coastal Decor Interior, Large Deck, Screened Porch, Just 1.5 miles to the Village Center

Chic Contemporary Farmhouse, just a short distance to Edgartown Village Center, features a quiet and private setting with all-new beach-inspired decor throughout.

The home has an open first-floor layout with the kitchen, dining, and living area flowing together along with a screened porch for evenings in the Vineyard breeze and a huge deck for family entertaining and BBQs.  The very spacious kitchen, with granite counters, has an eat-in prep-island, room for several cooks, and includes all cooking and serving utensils that you would need. The Living Room has comfortable slipcovered sofas and plenty of additional seating for guests. The dining area can entertain (8) and expands out onto the deck and screened porch.

The first floor has a spacious Primary Bedroom with King, TV,  and bath just outside of the bedroom. There are three additional guest bedrooms on the 2nd level.  Bedroom 2 with a Queen, TV, and en-suite bath. Bedroom 3 with a Queen, TV, sharing a hall bath with bedroom 4 which has two singles.  The 5th sleep space is located on the lower level off of the media room and has two single beds. There is a bath on the lower level.

The lower level has been all refinished and is a spectacular additional space to lounge for kids and teens of all ages. It has its own large-screen television with two sofas, a desk for computer time and a bath.

Families can enjoy walking the historic ancient ways along Pennywise Path.  The road leading to this home is via a dirt road about a half-mile from the main road.
