Quintessential Vineyard Haven Home, Beautifully Furnished, Surrounded by Large Mature Landscaped Yard, Porch Seating, Multiple Living Spaces Within

Classic Vineyard home set on a quiet street of similar homes. Modern interior with multiple living spaces include a large family room centered around the media area with a sectional sofa and 2 club chairs, a spacious kitchen, with adjacent sitting room, dining room that seats 8 and 4 bedrooms that sleep 7. Just a short walk to Vineyard Haven Main St.

The first level opens to a shady porch with an outdoor living area overlooking the private yard.  The outdoor dining area is set in the side yard with a teak patio table that seats 8 and a grill area. For those who love an outside shower, there is a new mahogany enclosed shower with a separate dressing area.

The main level family room is set to one end of the first level and opens via french doors to the yard area. The kitchen features stone counters, a 6 burner Viking gas range, a french door refrigerator,  a wine cooler, and a breakfast bar that seats 2. Adjoining the kitchen is the spacious dining room and a sitting room as seen in the photos. There is also a powder room on the first level.

The 2nd level hosts a large Primary Bedroom with a King bed, TV, and french doors opening to a private deck. The primary bath has dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, and a step-in shower.

Three additional tastefully decorated guest bedrooms include a queen with a TV, a double with a TV, and bedroom 4 with 2 single beds. These three bedrooms share a center hall bath on the 2nd level. Each bedroom has an individual mini-split AC unit and the main level has floor vent AC.
