Light House is a Luxurious Harborfront Home and Part of a 2 House Compound Village Center, Walk to Light House and Fuller St Beaches

The Light House is part of a two-house luxury compound located waterfront on spectacular Edgartown Harbor with stunning views.  This unique residence was designed by one of the Island's leading architectural designers and has been lovingly restored and renovated from the finest materials and professionally decorated. 

The expansive views reach across the harbor, in one direction, and past the Edgartown Lighthouse to the Vineyard Sound in the opposite direction and can be enjoyed from the 2nd level deck off of the living area or from the dockside deck off of the first level. Visitors will certainly enjoy the parade of magnificent sailboats that come and go from the harbor daily.

Upon entering the house a finely crafted staircase leads you to the main 2nd level living area with vaulted and beamed ceilings and dramatic water views. The great room is open to the dining area and chef’s kitchen, a wall of French doors opens you to the 2nd level mahogany deck with spectacular views in all directions. 

The chef’s kitchen features stone counters, a breakfast bar, and Wolf and Sub Zero stainless appliances.  Lunch and dinners can be enjoyed in the dining area which adjoins the kitchen and living areas.  More informal meals can be enjoyed on the deck.  There is a study/TV room on the 1st level with a day bed and beautiful views of the harbor.  A wet bar nook just off of the 1st level hall opens to the dockside deck seating.

Bedrooms include a lovely Primary Bedroom en-suite with a TV on the 2nd level and 3 additional bedrooms ( two en-suite with glass walk-in showers)  one of the en-suite bedrooms has views of the harbor. The 1st level also has a full bath in the hall used by bedroom 4 with 2 single beds.

Edgartown village center is less than a block from this home where you will find, elegant boutique shopping, fine and family dining, galleries, a movie theater, and an array of eateries offering gourmet items to go.

Dogs permitted with approval, additional $50 per night and additional $2500 refundable security deposit
