Stroll down the path to the water's edge, a favorite area for swimming, a great play area for children and an area to launch your boat or kayak rentals. One of the most pristine areas on the island for kayaking or canoeing.  A gorgeous stretch of private south shore beach is reserved for use by Boldwater owners and their guests. This pristine area is accessible by boat only.  Skiff rentals with small motors are easily rented and delivered to the water's edge. 5 to 10 minute motor up the great pond is well worth the scenic ride to reach one of the island's pristine beach areas.  Miles of touring bike paths are conveniently located at the entrance to Boldwater Association. This well-appointed home is perfect for two families.
