Outdoor & Association Amenities:
Enjoy direct access to the water via a path leading to the pond’s edge—ideal for swimming, kayaking, or launching a small boat. This area is known for its calm waters and natural beauty, making it one of the island’s most scenic spots for paddling.

Guests also have access to a private association ocean beach on the South Shore, reachable by a short boat ride across the pond. Skiffs with small motors can be rented and delivered, making the 5–10 minute trip to this pristine stretch of beach a memorable part of your stay. Boats must be rented well in advance as they sell out. Kayak Rentals are easily available and are delivered to the property. Agents will be happy to direct you to the rental companies. 

Association tennis courts are just a short walk away, and miles of bike paths are conveniently located at the entrance to Boldwater Road. 

Ideally located just 10 minutes from Edgartown Village Center. South Beach with surf, is a 15- minute drive from the house. State Beach, calm water, great for young children, also a 15- minute drive from the house

One of the most pristine areas on the island for kayaking or canoeing.  A gorgeous stretch of private south shore beach is reserved for use by Boldwater owners and their guests. This pristine area is accessible by boat only.  Skiff rentals with small motors are easily rented and delivered to the water's edge. 5 to 10 minute motor up the great pond is well worth the scenic ride to reach one of the island's pristine beach areas.  Miles of touring bike paths are conveniently located at the entrance to Boldwater Association.
