The cozy summer cottage offers indoor and outdoor living at its best with a large wraparound deck, ocean, pond, and meadow views. Centrally located providing easy access to all three down-island towns, beaches, and Farm Neck Golf Course.  Explore the island on bike paths that lead to miles of bike touring trails and begin just a couple hundred yards from the house.  Just a short walk from the house is the association beach area on the pond, rent a kayak and or bring your own and explore the diverse and expansive area known as Sengekontacket Pond and nearby wildlife.  

The main living space with floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly flows open via multiple glass doors to the expansive deck area with dining. The living area is open to both the kitchen and dining areas and hosts a 65” Qled TV and comfortable seating around the media area.  A vintage steel winding staircase leads from the living area to a lounge loft with a sectional sofa and another Qled TV.  

The chef’s kitchen features a large prep island with a breakfast bar, granite counters, and stainless appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area with a farm table that seats 6 to 8.
