Lovely farmhouse-style 4-bedroom main house and guest apartment over the garage centrally located and easily accessible to Long Point Beach and Edgartown Center. The Main House features an open kitchen/dining area with an updated kitchen, dining that seats 8-10, and glass sliders open onto an expansive deck, with outdoor dining and grill area and an outdoor living area overlooking a private yard. The main living area is also open to the kitchen and dining areas. There is a powder room located on the main living level.  Additional living space is provided in the lower-level family room with a projection home theater.

The primary bedroom is located on the first level with a King Bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a private deck.

The 2nd level hosts a large guest bedroom with a King bed &TV, and two additional guest bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other with two Twins. There is a common bath on the 2nd level. 

The Guest Apartment features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a bath,  The spacious bedroom features a double bed and a queen bed. 

Note:  Sheets and bed linens are provided,  Rental Guests must bring their own towels and beach towels, items can be rented and delivered.
