Jumping off the private dock has been a favorite pastime for generations of families. Those seeking to use the dock or mooring for a boat will need specific permission and directions from the owner and details added to your lease. For details as to boat size and depth please inquire. 

Note: Parking for one small car in front of the garage, cars can be no longer than a Toyota Camry, a Small Jeep, etc. Additional parking for larger and additional vehicles across the street, approximately 100 yards from the front door of the house.
