Gorgeous Water views, set in private Mink Meadows Golf Course Community , Private Association Beach, Walk or drive to the Golf Course Club House

Beautiful home in Mink Meadows area of West Chop.  Guests will enjoy the gorgeous water views across Mink Meadows Pond to the North Shore. Swans, geese, and ducks reside in the pond, a visual treat for all, and the sunsets are breathtaking over the North Shore.  Walk or drive to a lovely private association sandy beach or  Mink Meadows Golf Course. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the large deck,( patio furniture not seen in photos)with expansive views or the screened porch with teak patio dining table seating 

This lovely home has been recently updated with new stainless appliances, new living room furniture, window treatments in bedrooms and wood floors have been refinished. The spacious well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area which seats 6.  A door from the dining area leads to the screened porch with an additional summer dining area. The spacious living room is sun-filled and has large glass sliders opening to the large summer deck with lovely views of the North Shore. There is also a TV room on the main level with a leather couch and chair. 

Three bedrooms include two first-floor rooms sharing a first level bath, and a 2nd level primary bedroom suite with private bath. There is also a common half bath on the first level.
