Located just under a mile from historic Alley’s Store, a 15-minute drive to two of the island’s finest beaches,  Long Point on the south shore and Lambert’s Cove Beach on the north shore.

Upon entering you are immediately greeted by the large entry foyer and the spacious light-filled family room to your right with media area.

Moving into the heart of this fine home you will find a spacious dining area that seats and is open to a 2nd living area.  The large kitchen feature a 5-burner professional gas stove, glass front refrigerator, unique all-open shelving,  and oversize center island. The main level also has an additional room with a desk area for those who might need to complete a little work.  A common powder room is also located on the main level.

The 2nd and 3rd levels house the four bedrooms. The Primary suite with a queen bed on the 2nd level features an all-new spa-like bath with a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a large glass front walk-in shower.  Two additional guest bedrooms on the 2nd level each host a queen bed and share a hall bath with a shower. The third level is an open-concept large room with a queen bed on one side of the stairs and two singles on the opposite. There is a half bath located in this room. 

Note: Pool depth is approximately 3.5' at the shallow end to 8' at the deep end. The spa at the far end of the pool is heated to the same temperature as the pool and cannot be heated to a higher temperature during a rental guest stay.
