Newly Remodeled Contemporary Farm House, 12 x 26 Saltwater Heated Pool, Walk to Town, Bike to the Beach

Exquisite newly remodeled home with just the right touch of coastal decor and modern styling. This perfectly situated picturesque home allows guests to walk to the village area and is an easy no traffic drive to South Beach. The 12 x 26-foot pool with bench seating to one side is sure to be the focal point of at-home enjoyment and the lawn area steps up to a deck with a dining area and entrance to the house.  An Amish built party barn just across the yard from the house hosts a ping pong table. 60" TV and  poker/game table for at-home enjoyment.

The main living level hosts the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen with its custom cabinetry, center prep island, and stainless appliances provides a lovely area for meal preparation while still being able to connect with family and friends. The TV viewing area features a comfortable sectional sofa and the dining area seats 6 to 8 around a custom built farm table. This level is completed by a bedroom, bath, storage, and laundry area. The lovely furnishings are a combination of Pottery Barn pieces along with custom-built Amish furnishings.

Bedrooms include bedroom one on the first level with King Bed and Bedroom two on the 2nd level with a King Bed. Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd level and has two single beds and a trundle bed. A bath is located on each of the 1st and 2nd levels.

Stroll the half-mile to the village center via beautiful South Water St with its stately homes. The village center offers restaurants for all tastes - family and gourmet cuisine, boutique shops, galleries, and the harborfront.
