LIGHT FILLED CONTEMPORARY HOME, AC, DECK AND SUN PORCH, SLEEPS 8

Set on a quiet circular street (Teaberry Lane), on the outskirts of Edgartown. Bike paths at the end of the street connect to town and miles of touring trails. This lovely home features an open floor plan in the living, dining, and modern kitchen. The living area has all new sofa seating (not seen in current photos) with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen area features a center prep island with a breakfast bar that seats 4. Glass sliders open to the back deck with patio dining that seats 6. The dining area is set between the living and kitchen areas and it opens to a cozy glassed and screened porch. 
There are three nicely sized bedrooms. On the 1st level, a Primary with a king bed, and a bath in the hall with a tub/shower.  Two guest bedrooms on the 2nd level, one with a queen and a children’s/teen room with two single beds, plus a trundle bed with a pullout. The 2nd bath is on the 2nd level with a tub/shower. 
Edgartown village is just 1.5 miles from the house, State Beach on the North Shore about a 10-minute drive, and South Beach approximately 3.5 miles from the house. Bus Shuttle nearby to all 6 towns.
