Beautiful tri-level contemporary home with an 18 x 40 heated saltwater pool, bluestone patio, outdoor dining area, chaise lounge chairs, and fire pit. This recently updated home includes a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a south-facing wall of glass sliders in the main living area opening onto an expansive wrap-around deck. The large deck overlooks the pool and landscaped yard and has stairs leading to the pool and yard. Multiple decks on all levels provide areas to relax in the sun or shade

There is a half bath tucked in one corner off of the kitchen on this level. The dining area seats 10 and opens onto a deck with a picnic table for those outdoor lunches overlooking the pool. The 2nd level is completed by a lovely large Primary Bedroom en-suite with TV.  A queen bed and a trundle bed, make this a great suite for those who might have a young child and or a baby they want close by. 

The 4th bedroom suite located on the 3rd level has a private bath, TV and a peek a boo window, as seen in the photos, which overlooks the main living room. Shutters close this window off for privacy.  This bedroom also opens via glass sliders onto a private third-level deck. 

For your enjoyment: AC, comfortably and beautifully furnished with tasteful summer decor, lovely linens, and mini split ac systems in all rooms. Many spaces for families to relax; in the sun by the pool, in the shade on the lower deck, evenings by the fire pit, ( fire logs supplied) in the main living room with large screen TV over the fireplace, or the lower level family room with TV. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs for a total of 7 TVs in the house. 

Extended families will appreciate the proximity, bike/drive/walk to beautiful South Beach, and the short drive to Edgartown village center. The nearby bike path takes you to the airport diner ( a favorite with families for breakfast) and on into downtown Edgartown.
