6. Catch a matinee movie

What better way to spend a rainy afternoon than by catching that movie you’ve been wanting to see. Sunshine not required to enjoy our local suds. Sample our craft beer scene with Bad Martha Brewing Company and Offshore Ale Company, both located right on Martha’s Vineyard.

8. Make your own game day

One of the perks of renting a vacation home on your Martha’s Vineyard getaway over a hotel is having extra space to enjoy and relax in. If the weather outside is uncooperative, make a day out of staying inside and have your own family game day at your vacation rental.

9. Visit the oldest carousel in the country

The Flying Horses Carousel was originally built in 1876! Your little ones will enjoy the ride on the beautifully restored antique horses that are complete with real horsehair manes and tails. Grab the lucky brass ring to win a free ride.
